Title: Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to execute program goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication across all project phases.
  • Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and procurement partners to implement design updates and component improvements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to manage the issue tracking and resolution process across vehicle fleets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 6–8 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Smartsheet).
