As part of the client’s enterprise initiative to transition from legacy systems (EDC, IVRS, and planning data in Siebel) to Veeva CTMS, they are looking for a key resource to support this transformation. Below are the role expectations and engagement details:

Role Overview

• Collaborate closely with the ClinOps business team to understand current processes and support the migration of EDC, IVRS, and planning data from Siebel to Veeva CTMS.
• Must have prior experience in Veeva CTMS implementation, ideally within a life sciences or pharma environment.
• Act as a bridge between the business and IT teams, including coordination with Accenture, the Veeva CTMS implementation partner.
• Work with the QA team to address techno-functional queries from both business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead the Subject ID generation process based on client’s current methodology, and propose improvements aligned with long-term vision and scalability.
• Serve as the primary business lead for Veeva CTMS implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
