Power BI Developer

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time contract

We’re looking for a data-driven Power BI Developer to join our team in Denver. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to build scalable, secure, and insightful BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and other modern analytics tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation

Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional, entity, relational)

Familiarity with data engineering tools and platforms: SQL Server, Excel, Azure Data Factory, GitHub, Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Airflow, AutoSys

Exposure to DAX and Power Query (M language)

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in hybrid teams

Familiarity with Agile development practices

Passion for turning data into actionable insights
