Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP Finance Solutions Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions across core finance and integrated systems.
You’ll collaborate with System Integrators, guide technical design, ensure high-quality configurations, and support deployment for large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO/TR/PS) and related apps (Blackline, OneSource, Power Plan, etc.)
Support sprint planning, user stories, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities using Agile methodology
Review functional/technical specs and configurations, ensure alignment with architecture standards
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to operations teams
Required Skills:
10+ years SAP experience, including recent S/4HANA (RISE/private cloud) projects
Deep knowledge of core SAP Finance modules and cross-functional integration (SD, MM, PM)
Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, ABAP, BW4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and Cloud ALM
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Bachelor’s in Finance, IT, or related field; SAP certification preferred
Nice to Have:
Experience in utilities, energy, or asset-heavy industries
Knowledge of Bluefield implementation approaches
Based in Southern California or willing to travel
