Remedy Full Stack Developer
Location: St. Louis, MO. Onsite

Job Description:

  • Atleast 3 major implementation experience in BMC Remedy ARSystem platform full stack development

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on BMC Remedy ARSystem platform, including custom forms, workflows, and integrations.

  • Develop and enhance Remedy applications using AR System workflow, Active Links, Filters, and Escalations.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Remedy and external systems using Python, JavaScript, and Perl.

  • Develop REST/SOAP APIs and automate data flows between Remedy and other enterprise applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Remedy applications, including performance tuning and root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infra, QA, UAT, Business) for requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.

  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for developed solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and security standards.
