Lockheed Martin is seeking a Software IPT Lead for a new RF ground program. The Software IPT Lead is responsible for managing the software staff, leading the architecture and execution of the software solution, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality, safety, and performance standards. The Software IPT Lead coordinates all software development activities for the program, ensures consistent application of software best practices, and ensuring correct task allocation and prioritization.
This is an SR CAREER (level 5) ROLE where candidates typically require 9 years of professional experience and a BS degree. Selected candidate will be required to possess an Active TS/SCI security clearance for consideration.
