Seeking a Packaging Specialist skilled in:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis for an Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M).

  • Oracle C2M design and configuration.

  • Supporting UAT and providing guidance to end-users.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand & document business requirements related to the Oracle C2M system.

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the Oracle C2M system.

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired Oracle C2M functionality.

  • Review and analyze system requirements specifications for clarity, completeness & consistency.

Duration: contract position/6 months

Work location: Dallas, TX (onsite)

System design & configuration duties:

  • Participate in the design and configuration of the Oracle C2M system to meet business needs.

  • Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design, billing configuration & customer account management.

  • Recommend best practices for system configuration & data management within the Oracle C2M.

  • Provide testing and implementation.
