Lead Primary Care redesign initiatives

Maintain a focused clinical practice

Leadership Impact:As Medical Director, you will be instrumental in:Developing and executing primary care strategy

Board Certification Family MedicineActive Wisconsin Medical License (or ability to obtain)Active Unrestricted DEA registration

Minimum of 8 years of primary care clinical experience

Minimum of 2 years of physician leadership experience
