Infopro Learning is seeking a Senior Change & Communications Consultant to join a major Finance Transformation program for one of our global clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

This is a high-impact, onsite role embedded at the client’s New Brunswick, NJ headquarters — ideal for a seasoned change professional who thrives on collaboration, visibility, and direct stakeholder engagement. You’ll shape communication strategies and change adoption plans that reach global finance teams during a multi-year transformation journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end change management and communications strategies across global Finance transformation initiatives.

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders, regional leads, and deployment teams to plan, craft, and deliver communications that build engagement and understanding.

  • Translate complex technical and finance concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Facilitate onsite alignment meetings, workshops, and readiness sessions with business leaders and program teams.

  • Coach and coordinate offshore analysts to execute communications deliverables with precision.

  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, executive talking points, and key updates that inspire confidence in the change journey.

  • Measure effectiveness and continuously refine communications and stakeholder strategies.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 8 years of experience in change management and organizational communications supporting enterprise-scale transformation programs.

  • Proven success working onsite with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.

  • Experience with finance, technology, or analytics-driven programs (ERP, reporting, or digital transformation ideal).

  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills — able to influence across all levels.

  • Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent change frameworks.

  • Confident operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

  • Comfortable mentoring and collaborating with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
