Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Oracle Financials. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and supporting Oracle EBS Financial modules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design, requirement analysis, and solution delivery for Oracle Financials.
• Configure and support modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, iExpense.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Drive end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Create and maintain functional documentation (MD50, BR100, test cases).
• Support UAT, end-user training, and post-production activities.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM (iExpense and bank/payment integrations preferred).
• Proven track record in full lifecycle implementations and upgrade projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be local to Bay Area and available to travel to the office ~4 days per week.
