Federal Staffing Business Development / Sales
We are looking for an experienced Senior Federal Staffing Business Development professional to join a client located in Vienna, VA.
This position requires a proven ability to develop new accounts, expand subcontracting and teaming partnerships, and win federal staffing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Break into new federal accounts and expand subcontracting/teaming partnerships.

Represent the company as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)with cleared programs.

Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract close.

Work with recruiting teams to ensure staffing delivery meets customer requirements.

Maintain and grow a high-value sales pipeline in the federal space.
Qualifications
-
1 years of sales experience, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or government contracting.

Strong background in federal staffing sales and business development.

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Must be able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
