Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs), with proven experience in building and deploying ML models in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, production deployment).
• Build and fine-tune Generative AI and NLP models (transformers, LLMs, embeddings).
• Apply ML algorithms and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
• Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, retraining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, product owners) to integrate ML solutions into applications.
• Optimize ML workflows for scalability and performance in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and apply them to enterprise use cases.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, HuggingFace).
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and GenAI applications.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) for scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and ML system design.

Preferred:

• Certification in Python (PCPP1) or Cloud AI/ML (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale ML projects.
