About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People Operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As an integral part of our team, you will support critical HR functions, contribute to enhancing employee experiences, and help foster a vibrant company culture.

The role requires a proactive self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities, streamlining processes, and communicating effectively across teams. Your efforts will directly influence our ability to support our employees, promote engagement, and facilitate seamless organizational operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Resourceful, creative, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Experience with event planning and internal communications is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and transition processes
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company-wide and team events, both virtual and in-person
  • Coordinate internal communications, including drafting newsletters and company updates
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR data within systems and records
  • Handle administrative tasks such as employment verification, benefit administration, and I-9 verification
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through automation and process improvements
  • Act as a culture ambassador by promoting company values and supporting cultural initiatives
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
