About the Company:
Our client is one of the fastest-growing entertaining companies that creates immersive experiences around the country!! As they continue to expand, they are looking to bring on an Account Director, Partnerships
** MUST HAVE LIVE EVENT AND/OR BRAND ACTIVATION EXPERIENCE **
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple clients, managing communication, deliverables, and expectations.
- Lead and maintain client relationships while providing strategic guidance across campaigns.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring all deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
- Partner with internal teams (creative, marketing, production, etc.) to bring campaigns to life.
- Schedule and lead weekly client calls, providing agendas, recaps, and clear next steps.
- Oversee branded integrations across events, digital, social, and content activations.
- Prepare recap reports and case studies, tracking KPIs and campaign success.
- Coordinate travel, on-site activations, and client hospitality when needed.
- Manage creative asset requests and approvals, ensuring client brand standards are met.
- Track budgets, invoices, and expenses related to client activations.
- Ensure timelines are met by coordinating between cross-functional teams.
- Provide proactive recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and pitches
Requirements
- 3+ years of Agency background with proven experience managing multiple clients/brands.
- Personable, client-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Dropbox, and Keynote.
- Willingness to travel (30–45 days per year).
