About The Role
We are seeking motivated and proactive Associate HR Business Partners (AHRBPs) to join our global HRBP team. This role is centrally aligned under our HRBP Enablement team and embedded within various global functions. As an AHRBP, you will work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to operationalize and deliver impactful people programs. Your responsibilities will include managing performance processes, supporting employee experience surveys, and assisting with compensation planning. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-impact projects across different markets, develop strategic and technical HR skills, and contribute to the scaling and enhancement of our HRBP function. You will serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, providing coaching, guidance, and facilitating HR initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build foundational HR competencies and grow into strategic HRBP roles in the future.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist, people operations, or business partner support roles
- Experience administering cyclical or ongoing people programs such as performance management, compensation planning, or engagement surveys
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Visier, Glint, Looker)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
- Proficiency in data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and judgment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with resilience and curiosity
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of information
- Experience working with international teams and understanding local employment laws and cultural norms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on people-related matters, coaching them to enhance team performance and engagement
- Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver key people initiatives, including org design, talent reviews, and policy development
- Lead or support cyclical HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, promotion processes, and employee engagement surveys
- Analyze people data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making within your client groups
- Manage end-to-end performance management processes in collaboration with business leaders across markets
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships within the People team and with other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and cultural norms across international markets
- Maintain accurate HR data through regular audits and administrative tasks
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts as needed
