Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic products is a plus
