Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic products is a plus
