Job Title: : Hardware Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ -85027
Duration: 5 Months,
Pay Rate Range:$55 – $65Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware for products. Develop test strategies, devices, and systems.
• Perform stress and performance tests on a variety of computer hardware, including circuit boards, processors, and wiring.
• May require a bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Perform a variety of tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Embedded OS.
• Experience working in Aerospace or Defense.
• Experience working with test instruments and RF equipment.
• Experience with Python, C, LabWindow CVI, LabView.
• Experience with test certification processes (DO-160, DO-178, DO-254).
• Experience with developing Rack Stack ATE, adapters, and cable sets.
