About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Professional, Enterprise Data Analytics, to join our team remotely. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across various business units. As a key member of the Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team, you will collaborate with business and IT leaders to design, develop, and maintain analytical applications and reporting tools. Your expertise will enable Under Armour to harness the power of data, optimize processes, and uncover actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with enterprise data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience working collaboratively across departments such as Retail, Ecommerce, Finance, and HR
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in translating technical concepts into business language
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Engage with process leaders and analysts to understand KPIs, strategies, and analytics needs of various business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business requirements and drive demand management
- Design, develop, and support analytical applications, reporting tools, and data models to facilitate informed decision-making
- Act as a thought leader by identifying innovative ways to optimize and simplify reporting functions
- Ensure visibility of business-specific analytics requirements within the organization and coordinate with project teams and data architects
- Support and train business users on the effective utilization of data and analytics technologies
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, participate in discovery, analysis, validation, and testing phases
- Monitor changes in business processes and recommend analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Document development processes and best practices for knowledge sharing and team reference
