SUMMARY:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions. This includes posting job openings, reviewing applications, maintaining the applicant tracking system, coordinating and conducting pre-screenings and interviews, assisting with the onboarding process, and supporting new hire integration.

MUST BE LOCAL TO HYANNIS, MA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for open roles across multiple departments, including airport services, IT, accounting, operations, safety, planning/marketing, management, and reservations.
  • Receive employment requisitions, obtain necessary approvals, and post job openings on internal and external platforms.
  • Coordinate job advertisements with newspapers, universities, schools, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications, conduct pre-screenings and interviews, extend job offers, and communicate with applicants who are not selected.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding corporate benefits, compensation, and company culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, unemployment offices, and professional organizations to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Manage onboarding processes and internal employee transfers.
  • Issue company badges to new hires and current employees.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
  • Stay current on HR topics including employee relations, labor laws (state, federal, and regional), compensation, benefits, and hiring practices.
  • Support the HR department by performing other related duties as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
