Duties Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans for educational programs.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

- Educate and mentor staff on best practices in education administration.
- Facilitate communication between administration, faculty, students, and parents.
- Conduct assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
Requirements Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited university in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting.
