About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and select top talent that aligns with our company’s values and strategic goals. As a vital link in our recruitment chain, you will coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and help promote our employer brand to stand out as an employer of choice. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate their capability to excel in this role. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience of 1-3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software such as ADP is a plus. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptable to changing priorities. Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices will be advantageous in executing effective sourcing strategies and maintaining compliance with legal and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Be a Recruitment Rockstar: Post job openings across various platforms including job boards, social media, and the company website to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen & Connect: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and identify candidates who best fit the role and company culture.
- Create 5-Star Candidate Experiences: Serve as the friendly and professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Master the Schedule: Coordinate interviews (virtual, in-person, or phone) and prepare relevant materials to facilitate smooth interview sessions.
- Seal the Deal: Prepare and send offer letters, assist with negotiations, and generate excitement among candidates about joining the team.
- Support New Hires: Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Keep Things Organized: Manage candidate pipelines, update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Boost Our Brand: Promote open roles and participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Be Our Ambassador: Embody the company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, maintaining integrity and transparency throughout the process.
Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18-$20, along with flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance. The position is part-time, with approximately 30 hours per week, providing a great opportunity to gain experience and grow within the organization. During the first 90 days, employees will work onsite to familiarize themselves with company operations, after which a hybrid schedule will be available.
