About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Analyst to join our Client Data Science team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering customized reports and insights tailored to our diverse client base. Your expertise will help clients understand their campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive business success. You will collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data insights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data accuracy, a curiosity to explore new analytical techniques, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or social science discipline; Master’s or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of coding experience in R, Python, or SQL
- 4+ years of project leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, or SQL programming languages
- Deep knowledge of analytics, statistical methods, and business intelligence software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external clients
- Strong soft skills including critical thinking, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a mentor mentality
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on complex data problems independently and within team settings, developing and optimizing scripts in R, Python, or SQL for effective data processing
- Adapt existing analytical tools and methodologies to meet evolving client needs and project requirements
- Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources to derive meaningful insights
- Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively
- Engage with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop tailored analytical solutions
- Document project status, updates, and methodologies using project management tools like JIRA
- Present insights and findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations
- Balance workload across multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs
