Senior Systems Analyst, Terminals
Requirements
Must have:
– A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. – A minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience is required. – Proficiency in data analysis, including identifying data sources, querying data, performing exploratory data analysis, and communicating complex quantitative findings effectively. – Familiarity with business intelligence self-service analytics tools such as Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Power Platform, SQL, etc. – Proven ability to handle complex, high-volume datasets and communicate insights in a clear, actionable manner. – Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and communication skills. – Customer-focused approach, ensuring customer perspectives drive business priorities and decisions.
Responsibilities:
- I will support the analytical needs of Terminals and Environmental Accounting. – I will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to provide application and data support across multiple environmental systems. – I will ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by acquiring, cleaning, and preprocessing raw datasets. – I will conduct thorough analyses of large datasets to extract insightful trends. – I will create visually engaging dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively. – I will perform regular audits and validation processes to maintain data integrity and quality. – I will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide insightful analysis. – I will actively contribute to continuous improvement and defect elimination efforts within the organization using data insights. – I will establish and support data governance practices to ensure data is of optimal use to the organization.
