UCaaS Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a UCaaS Analyst for a contract with a client inChicago, IL(Remote). Candidates must have hands-on experience with UCaaS migrations, specifically from RingCentral to Microsoft Teams.

Rate Range: $44/hour to 45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UCaaS Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Conduct discovery sessions to gather technical and operational requirements for migrating Unified Communications services.
• Document current-state configurations, including call flows, auto attendants, user profiles, and API dependencies.
• Support migration planning by coordinating timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies with project managers.
• Facilitate number porting and user provisioning to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, AJG, and RingCentral for all discovery-related communications.
• Maintain detailed reports and logs, providing regular updates to leadership and escalating issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Unified Communications systems and enterprise telephony environments.
• Proven experience with UCaaS migrations, especially transitioning from RingCentral to Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams during discovery and migration phases.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
