Job Title: Manager of Operations and Carrier Relations – Insurance

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Operations and Carrier Relations to oversee agency operations and strengthen carrier relationships with a focus on data integration. A key responsibility of this role is managing, implementing, and ensuring the accuracy of carrier downloads into AMS360 while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The position will also take ownership of the RoboForm and carrier credentials workflow, ensuring secure and efficient management of login credentials and portal access. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AMS360, carrier data integration, and operational process improvement.

Key Responsibilities AMS360 Management & Carrier Integrations

• Manage carrier downloads into AMS360, ensuring proper data mapping, reconciliation, and system functionality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to support seamless data transfers and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• Collaborate with AMS360 support teams and vendors to resolve system issues and enhance efficiency.
• Develop best practices for AMS360 usage, ensuring staff training and system adoption.
• Monitor carrier downloads, automation tools, and system updates to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Operations, Compliance & Credential Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to insurance data security and regulatory requirements related to carrier integrations.
• Optimize workflows within AMS360 to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Track KPIs and generate reports from AMS360 to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
• Manage RoboForm and carrier credential workflows, ensuring secure organization and access to carrier logins.

Technology & Implementation

• Manage AMS360 system upgrades, process automation, and new functionality implementations.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, including API integrations and workflow automation.
• Act as liaison between the agency, carriers, AMS360 providers, and IT teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee system customizations, data migrations, and staff training on AMS360 best practices.

Financial & Performance Oversight

• Partner with leadership to develop budgets and financial strategies related to AMS360 and carrier integrations.
• Analyze operational and carrier data to identify cost savings and process enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology investments to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in insurance agency operations, AMS360 management, and carrier relations.
• Strong expertise in AMS360, including downloads, reporting, customization, and automation.
• Technical knowledge of carrier data feeds, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in workflow optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, vendors, carriers, and internal staff.
