Senior Proposal Analyst/Price – Level 3

What You Will Be Doing As a member of the ADP Estimating and Pricing organization, this individual will play a key role in analyzing and developing proposals to support program growth and success, with primary responsibilities including:

• Analyzing proposal requirements, managing milestones and deadlines, negotiating contractual positions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and government customers, and ensuring compliance with estimating policy, federal regulations and maintaining a compliant estimating systems.
• Developing, analyzing, reviewing, and obtaining approval of labor estimates, including identifying comparative historical data, and developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
• Leading high-impact proposal efforts and business cases, developing and executing bid and negotiation strategies, and collaborating with Program leadership.
• Conducting fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with external customers. * Presenting estimate/proposal data to management for approval.
• Performing special assignments as needed. * Occasional overtime (including weekends) may be required to meet deadlines and ensure the success of proposal efforts.
