Responsibilities
- Manage distribution of all creative assets to and from global partners, ensuring assets are brand-approved, rights-cleared, and on-spec to support product development timelines.
- Build and maintain a franchise digital asset-sharing platform (TBD): upload files, manage user accounts and permissions, ensure security, structure folders, communicate with users, and provide Help Desk support.
- Oversee franchise video/script/presentation sharing system (PIX): organize and upload content, manage access and permissions, communicate with users, and provide troubleshooting support.
- Support franchise team with creation of graphic and video assets in Photoshop, Keynote, and Premiere.
- Develop and update presentations (Keynote/PPT) as directed by franchise leads.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in production, post-production, graphic design, or asset management within entertainment or consumer products.
- Experience with kids or preschool content a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of asset file types and asset management systems.
- Project management experience preferred.
