Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate all client or prospect focused materials; Examples are surveys and tour books, marketing campaigns, custom maps, printing and binding
  • Verify rates and availability with Landlords or Landlord Brokers (via CoStar or other sources)
  • Support Advisors in the RFP process: organizing responses, developing comparison matrices of alternatives, and providing basic financial analyses for multiple scenarios
  • Provide administrative support to Managing Principals, Advisors and Project Managers
  • Coordinate regional office marketing and social media presence, including website updates and email campaigns
  • Meet deadlines and deliverables with accuracy and professionalism

Experience & Education

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Utilize multiple technology and productivity platforms including (CoStar, LoopNet, Salesforce, Financial Analysis Software, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant industry experience)
  • 3 years of work experience
