National ALIS Support Center Manager

ALIS/MPE Administrators directly support JSF operations by assuring the integrity of data stored within the system by maintaining the internal databases and applications. The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact in customer discussions during the flight and evaluation activities while maintaining system functionality. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access.
This role leads and manages the National ALIS Support Center (NASC) located at Eglin AFB Florida. The NASC is responsible for tier 2 life cycle support of all fielded ALIS/ODIN/MPSE system hardware and software at sites around the globe. Further this role requires the ability to interface regularly and collaboratively with teammates in Engineering and Technology, Sustainment Engineering, Field Engineering, hardware vendors and Government Customers. The NASC has overall responsibility for security posture throughout the enterprise and process improvement with regards to ALIS/ODIN/MPSE administration. Further the NASC is responsible for development and delivery of admin training and continuous performance improvement of the entire admin team worldwide. We are seeking an experienced ALIS/MPSE manager to lead the NASC with a broad based background working at an F35 site supporting ALIS/ODIN/MPSE with a successful and well documented track record.
Also, responsible for L-code personnel management of ALIS/MPSE/ODIN (LM Commit, expense report and timecard approval, employee retention and training) Overseeing day-to-day technical issues, operational issues, training, and ensuring processes and documentation are properly followed.
- Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Interacting daily with customers and ALIS/LM and local military leadership
- Maintaining smooth, secure operation of ALIS/ODIN/MPE through system monitoring and coordination with peers, and Tier 3 Engineers
- Maintaining enterprise cybersecurity posture in accordance with F-35 program documentation
- Training ICS ALIS/MPSE/ODIN Administrators on the system as needed to ensure forward progression of team training and cross-functionality
- Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance
- Standard NASC reporting metrics (weekly activity, case tickets, training completion, security audits, etc..)
