🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise project managers, employees, and contractors for large commercial solar construction projects
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical plans
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations
Monitor labor efficiency, code compliance, and enforce safety standards (OSHA knowledge required)
Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and change orders
Perform takeoffs and estimate generation based on client requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to verify project scope and estimate accuracy
Conduct preliminary site inspections and safety assessments
Respond to client questions and revise designs as needed

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years in Project Management within Solar / Electrical / Construction sectors
Preferred: Experience in solar project estimation and design
Required Skills:
Electrical plan reading and NEC code knowledge
Strong leadership of construction teams
OSHA compliance expertise
Advanced Excel / Office software skills
High attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving
