Fanuc Robotics Programmer

Job Detail:

• Familiar with Fanuc robots and controls (Ex: R-30iB & M-710i)
• Ability to program either via Siemens NX or Fanuc Rob Guide
• Ability to travel in Brazil to support at-machine dry-runs
• Based in Cincinnati, OH, USA (STAC)

• To develop programs and optimize robotic and automated systems for manufacturing and research, utilizing software like Siemens NX CAM and Fanuc Rob Guide, to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Robotics Programming:
• Develop and modify robotic programs for tasks such as machining, assembly, and edge contouring.
• System Integration & Optimization:
• Implement and optimize robotic solutions, including off-line programming and simulation, to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide programming support, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions for robotics, HMIs, and PLCs.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaboration:
• Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and business leaders to achieve project goals.
