Work Schedule: 32 hours/week, Monday–Thursday (9:00 AM — 5:00 PM; limited December work schedule)

Job Description: The Media & Entertainment Associate will support high-visibility partnerships with talent, production companies, streaming platforms, and other entertainment partners. This role requires strong project management skills, comfort working with high-profile individuals, and the ability to balance relationship management with creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day partnership activities and entertainment-related initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Draft and prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
- Support contract processes, from drafting agreements to coordinating approvals.
- Assist with reporting and recognition efforts to keep partners engaged and informed.
- Track and prioritize requests, ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align projects with brand standards.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive relationships with talent and entertainment partners.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in media, entertainment partnerships, brand activations, or related fields.
- Proven experience working with high-profile talent, celebrities, or senior stakeholders.
- Strong background in partnership development, account management, or client services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Airtable, or Raiser’s Edge highly preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted).
