Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 + Benefits (Swoon covers 50% of benefits)
Job Description:
The Product Wear Test Analyst will support lingerie and apparel categories by conducting fit and comfort evaluations under real-life conditions during the product development cycle. This role will drive the execution of testing initiatives, analyze wear test data, and present insights that influence product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily testing initiatives, from request intake to execution and analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify test goals, build surveys, assign participant groups, and ensure proper product quality/quantities.
- Support wear test recruitment and engagement, including planning events and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Execute wear test logistics including distribution of products, communications with panelists, and timely tracking.
- Analyze test data with accuracy, prepare statistical reports, and present findings to cross-functional partners.
- Provide actionable business recommendations, raising awareness of risks and identifying solutions.
- Build relationships across the organization and effectively communicate insights to influence product lifecycle decisions.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4–6 years of experience (Business Analytics degree a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership capabilities to supervise a team.
Qualifications (Desired):
- Experience with survey-building platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Background in product evaluation or customer insights.
- High degree of analytical curiosity, connecting data to actionable business insights.

Typical Day:
Responsibilities vary daily but include survey development, participant selection, wear test data analysis, product prep/shipping, and supporting results recap meetings with notes and presentations.
Disqualifiers:
- Lack of experience or confidence in Excel.
