Title: Product Wear Test Analyst

Location: Hybrid — Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

Duration: 4mos to start (likely to extend)

Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 + Benefits (Swoon covers 50% of benefits)

Job Description:

The Product Wear Test Analyst will support lingerie and apparel categories by conducting fit and comfort evaluations under real-life conditions during the product development cycle. This role will drive the execution of testing initiatives, analyze wear test data, and present insights that influence product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily testing initiatives, from request intake to execution and analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify test goals, build surveys, assign participant groups, and ensure proper product quality/quantities.
  • Support wear test recruitment and engagement, including planning events and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Execute wear test logistics including distribution of products, communications with panelists, and timely tracking.
  • Analyze test data with accuracy, prepare statistical reports, and present findings to cross-functional partners.
  • Provide actionable business recommendations, raising awareness of risks and identifying solutions.
  • Build relationships across the organization and effectively communicate insights to influence product lifecycle decisions.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4–6 years of experience (Business Analytics degree a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership capabilities to supervise a team.

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Experience with survey-building platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
  • Background in product evaluation or customer insights.
  • High degree of analytical curiosity, connecting data to actionable business insights.

Typical Day:

Responsibilities vary daily but include survey development, participant selection, wear test data analysis, product prep/shipping, and supporting results recap meetings with notes and presentations.

Disqualifiers:

  • Lack of experience or confidence in Excel.
