Global Manager, Workday Integration – Lead HRIS Transformation!PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Global Manager, Workday Integration to join our team in Arvada, CO. This role is pivotal in leading the integration of systems into Oracle HCM platform while ensuring alignment of HR processes, data, and systems across a global organization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless transition and optimize HR operations.What You’ll Do
As the Global Manager, Workday Integration, you will:
- Lead the integration of HR systems from Workday to Oracle HCM, including compensation, recruiting, performance management, and requisitions.
- Map critical data fields between platforms, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to align HR systems and processes.
- Provide project management oversight, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency throughout the integration process.
- Serve as a backup for benefits and payroll functions.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR systems with a strong background in compensation and benefits.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (required); Oracle HCM experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and data presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
- Experience leading HRIS integrations across multiple business units.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
