Responsibilities:


*Incident Resolution* – I resolve first-level service requests promptly, accurately, and professionally. – I assist in investigating issues and deliver suitable responses and remedies. – I address identified performance concerns. – I adhere to established operational processes and procedures while utilizing available enterprise tools. – I evaluate documentation, prioritize, and resolve support inquiries. – I maintain knowledge of production system resolution protocols by reviewing updated knowledgebase entries to ensure readiness for execution. – I log and track issues using an automated Service Management System. – I interact and collaborate with various corporate departments and store personnel. *System Support* – I monitor system activity and inform the team and manager of any emerging trends, whether positive or negative, related to incoming calls. – I create and monitor vendor service requests. – I develop an understanding of operating environments, policies, and procedures. – I perform routine preventative maintenance regularly. – I provide support in developing and maintaining operational procedures. – I accept, set up, and test new hardware, peripherals, and software. – I abide by procedural and security standards. – I manage asset inventory administration. *Devices Used* – I work with Windows PCs and Laptops. – I handle HP printers. – I support Windows Tablets. – I operate Zebra & Datamax label printers. – I utilize touchscreen monitors. – I work with in-building network hardware & access points (Cisco). – I manage Zebra TC8000’s and WT6000’s. – I operate Bluetooth and tethered hand scanners with RS5000 ring scanners. – I utilize Chromebox thin clients. – I support Android tablets.
