IT Technician
Requirements
Must have:
– I have experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills. – I am familiar with Linux operating systems, including system updates and administration. – I possess knowledge of computer networking. – I have proven experience managing my work and priorities through a ticketing system. – I have hands-on experience with one or more hardware platforms (e.g., Dell, HP).
Responsibilities:
- My day-to-day tasks will include hardware, network, and server deployment, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, decommissioning, and project documentation.

Company:
I am offering a 6+ month contract as an IT Hardware Technician in a Data Center located in Boardman, OR. Day and night shift options are available, typically following a 4×10 schedule. While it’s nice to have, I may also consider industry-level certifications in server/network/hardware administration (e.g., CompTIA, LFCS, RHCSA, LPIC-1, CCNP, CCIE) and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
