Technical Support Specialist – Stamford
Requirements
Must have:
We prefer candidates who have 1-2 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is essential. Certifications like CompTIA Network or Microsoft certifications are favored. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are required. Additionally, familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365 is important. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to work various shifts is also necessary.
Responsibilities:
In this role, I will provide first-line support for all IT incidents and service requests. I will respond promptly to inquiries through multiple channels. Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues will be a key part of my duties. I will guide users through resolutions and escalate more complex issues when necessary. Additionally, I will maintain detailed records of user interactions and the resolutions provided.
