We are looking for an individual with over 5 years of SAP development experience, particularly in SAP BTP and cloud-native development. You should possess hands-on experience with CAPM, Node.js, JavaScript, and SAPUI5, as well as expertise in integration technologies and API-based communication. A solid background in SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP extension development is essential. Familiarity with BTP diagnostics, performance analysis, and troubleshooting tools is preferred. You must also have excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working independently in a remote consulting setting.

Responsibilities:

In this role, I will expect you to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on SAP BTP using CAPM, Node.js, and JavaScript. You will be tasked with building and maintaining BTP extensions and add-ons for existing SAP SaaS and on-premise systems. Additionally, you will implement key user extensibility and side-by-side extensions to facilitate rapid enhancements without impacting core SAP systems. Your focus will also include creating responsive UIs following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines, integrating BTP applications with various systems using OData, REST, and SOAP web services, and applying SAP Cloud Workflow and Business Rules for process automation. It’s crucial that you troubleshoot issues, optimize data models, and apply Clean Core principles to ensure upgrade-safe developments. You will also convert functional specifications into detailed technical designs and development artifacts and contribute to projects involving emerging technologies like AI/ML.

Our organization is a leading specialty pharmaceutical and healthcare services provider, and this opportunity will allow you to support digital transformation initiatives across our SAP landscape. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience with SAP BTP tools, cloud-native development, CDS views, and extensibility frameworks, along with a strong understanding of Clean Core principles. Additional expertise in SAP ABAP development in S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP Fiori will be advantageous.
