Financial Systems Security Specialist
Requirements
Must have:
– I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. – I have demonstrable experience in the security and compliance of financial systems. – I possess a strong grasp of SOX, GAAP, and frameworks for internal controls. – I am familiar with SailPoint, Oracle Identity Access Management, and security measures for SaaS applications. – I excel in analytical thinking, organization, and communication. – I can efficiently manage numerous priorities and lead small teams.
Responsibilities:
- I will administer and oversee user access within financial systems (ERP, EPM, IAM, FAW, VBCS/OIC). – I will ensure that access complies with least privilege principles and maintains segregation of duties (SoD). – I will maintain and evaluate access logs, user roles, and security documentation. – I will assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and evidence for SOX compliance. – I will mentor team members in security administration tasks. – I will handle service tickets associated with access requests and security incidents. – I will supervise security configurations for new business units and system integrations. – I will develop and implement security policies and procedures aligning with financial controls.
