Requirements
Must have:
– You must currently be enrolled as an undergraduate at The Ohio State University. – A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. – Prior coursework or experience in data analysis is essential. – Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Suite is necessary. – Familiarity with RStudio or Jupyter Notebook is expected. – Experience in using PowerBI for data visualization is important. – You should have experience handling large datasets. – An understanding of coding languages such as Python is required. – You need to demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. – A commitment to accuracy and timely work delivery is a must. – You should be able to handle multiple assignments efficiently with great attention to detail. – Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills are important. – The ability to take initiative is essential. – Effective oral, written, and communication skills are necessary.
Responsibilities:
- I will involve you in sustainability projects at The Ohio State University. – You will investigate and rectify data errors. – Fulfilling data requests will be part of your tasks. – You will use the C3ntinel platform to perform measurement and verification of energy conservation measures before and after they are implemented. – Performing analyses on energy conservation measures will also be part of your role.

The internship will take place from January 5, 2026, to May 29, 2026, with part-time hours ranging from 15 to 20 per week. Additional hours or weeks may be available based on business needs and will be discussed in advance with your supervisor. You must be in good standing with the university at the beginning of the internship semester and attend the worksite whenever required. A valid U.S. driver’s license is needed, and compliance with ENGIE’s ethics and safety policies is mandatory. The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $28.00 USD, reflecting the average expected pay for a qualified candidate. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, education, and internal pay alignment.
