We are looking for candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Power Automate and Office Suite, be proficient in Power BI for visual storytelling and tracking KPIs, and demonstrate advanced skills in Excel for data modeling and transformation. An analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail is essential, along with experience in machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, or ML platforms).
Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst Intern, I will assist in transforming customer complaints and warranty data into meaningful reports that support informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data files using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, scripts, macros, and advanced formulas. You will also build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor customer complaints and quality performance indicators. Furthermore, you will research and identify hidden patterns through the analysis of large datasets, develop algorithms and predictive models, and measure their performance. Additionally, you will support ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at reducing line and field failures while increasing customer satisfaction.
