Requirements

Must have:

– I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or I have equivalent work experience. – I have demonstrated experience with configurator platforms, with a strong preference for Paradigm. – I am familiar with product modeling, rules-based configuration, and product catalog systems. – I have experience managing work in Agile/Scrum environments. – I possess a strong understanding of requirements implementation and the software development life cycle (SDLC). – I have experience with software testing methodologies, including Unit, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). – I demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. – I am an effective communicator who can engage with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • I gather, interpret, and manage business and product requirements. – I develop and maintain product rules and configurations using the Paradigm platform and load necessary data structures to support product logic. – I lead and prioritize development efforts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. – I manage, track, and report on backlog, development progress, and maintenance utilizing Jira and Azure DevOps. – I participate in rebuilding and optimizing the configurator catalog to align with changing business and customer needs. – I collaborate with internal teams and end users to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions while modeling unit changes to the system. – I support integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and perform peer/code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing. – I ensure compliance with documentation, versioning, and best practices for the software development life cycle (SDLC).

I am a part of a hybrid remote team located in Tampa, FL, specifically in Ybor City, with ongoing contract opportunities and the potential for conversion. My role as a Configurator Systems Analyst II is pivotal in the configuration and enhancement of our digital product catalog, where I support product configuration development, compliance initiatives, and significant transformation projects. I actively use the Paradigm platform to create and maintain product configurations for our door solutions and engage with stakeholders to manage and track development efforts effectively. Our focus involves offering dental, health, and vision insurance, and I enjoy the convenience of hourly and weekly pay structured between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday.
