Senior Infrastructure Engineer – F5 Load Balancing and DDI Solutions
Requirements
Must have:
– I am seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Technology field, or equivalent experience totaling 12 years in technology. – A minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions is essential. – Candidates should have 5 years of experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and determining root causes. – At least 4 years of experience with cloud technologies and solutions is required. – I prefer candidates with 4 years of experience in observability and proactive fault monitoring solutions. – Experience of 4 years in designing, architecting, and managing scalable, resilient, and highly available infrastructure solutions is also necessary. – Furthermore, 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining infrastructure automation and ensuring adherence to best practices for security and compliance is required. – Licenses and Certifications: AWS Certification and OpenStack Certification are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- I will rely on the selected candidate to design, implement, and oversee both F5 load balancing solutions for application delivery and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) for our core network services, while ensuring optimal network performance, availability, and security. – Key responsibilities include conducting incident response, performing vulnerability assessments, developing and deploying new services, and managing the lifecycle of our platforms, including hardware, software, and cloud environments. – I need someone who can configure F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM) and Infoblox platforms, troubleshoot related issues, implement and engineer new services, create automation scripts, and collaborate securely with various teams to integrate these systems. – The role involves designing new applications and enhancing existing ones, managing infrastructure as code, supporting application performance, performing audits, ensuring disaster recovery, and integrating various servers into enterprise systems. – Additionally, it encompasses risk management, monitoring system performance, and being on-call to assist during crises.
