Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelor’s Degree (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) – 4 years of analytical experience – Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship, or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience – Experience with SQL and Alteryx – Demonstrated business acumen – Demonstrated business administration and process knowledge including impact and effect on business performance – Comprehensive computer skills including advanced MS Excel utilization – Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: – Create, maintain, and report on Equipment and Material Master data across ERP & CRM solutions – Address routine data problems and inquiries from users within the organization – Execute data processes following established standards and procedures – Investigate and take corrective action when data quality is in question – Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other teams to provide essential data for CRM utilization – Share knowledge on CRM and ERP processes with team members – Promote data quality and governance within the Equipment & Material Master discipline – Agility and Change Management: – Embrace change and drive it positively – Display a high level of change agility – Build collaborative relationships with peers through timely feedback and communication

My responsibilities will include providing technical assistance, evaluating systems, configuring settings, and ensuring that systems meet user requirements.
