I am looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. You should have proven experience in financial systems security and compliance, along with a solid understanding of SOX, GAAP, and internal control frameworks. Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Access Management, and SaaS application security is essential. I also expect you to have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities while leading small teams.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will administer and monitor user access across our financial systems, including ERP, EPM, IAM, FAW, and VBCS/OIC. It will be your responsibility to ensure that access adheres to least privilege principles and segregation of duties. You will maintain and review access logs, user roles, and security documentation while supporting internal and external audits to ensure SOX compliance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor team members in security administration tasks, manage service tickets related to access requests and security incidents, oversee security configurations for new business units and system integrations, and develop and enforce security policies and procedures in alignment with financial controls.

We are eager to welcome a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Systems Security Administrator to our team through a Contract-to-Hire arrangement in a hybrid work environment. This role is vital for managing user access and security configurations within our financial systems, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls, while also supporting audit readiness. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SaaS application security, identity and access management (IAM), and financial compliance frameworks. The pay for this position is up to $90.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday to Friday during the day shift.
