Requirements


Must have:

– I have over 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable technical position. – I possess hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune. – I am familiar with virtual servers, endpoint management, and security tools, such as Defender and Mimecast. – I have experience supporting enterprise applications, ideally Yardi 7S. – I demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. – I can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. – I pay close attention to detail and maintain a user-centric approach.

Responsibilities:


  • I will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues. – I will monitor Helpdesk tickets and emails, prioritizing and resolving incoming requests in a timely manner. – I will set up and configure new employee devices, user profiles, and collaboration tools. – I will manage user accounts, groups, and permissions utilizing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). – I will employ Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and software deployment. – I will maintain and support virtual servers, system monitoring, and endpoint configurations. – I will oversee Universal Print and manage the printer fleet functionality. – I will assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and deprovisioning. – I will support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Exchange Admin Center. – I will ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a shared knowledge base. – I will collaborate with the SOC/security team to address security alerts using tools like Microsoft Defender and Mimecast. – I will take part in infrastructure projects such as Windows 11 rollouts, platform upgrades, and asset inventory management.
