Requirements


Must have:

– I require a university degree or college diploma in the fields of computer science, information systems, or at least 2 years of equivalent work experience. – You should have proven experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Operating Systems and dependent applications. – I expect hands-on knowledge and experience with enterprise PC operating system deployments/migrations and hardware refreshes. – A working knowledge of the Windows 10/11 registry, NTFS permissions, file and folder security, and local user security is necessary. – Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory structure/security and Group Policies is required. – You should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016/O365 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Access, and MS Outlook. – I expect hands-on experience troubleshooting internet browsers (EDGE and Chrome) and their related security settings. – Familiarity with software distribution via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune is desired. – A working knowledge of Windows networking components, such as TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, and IPsec is necessary. – You should have working knowledge of Cisco AnyConnect VPN software, and two-factor authentication experience is a plus. – You should have knowledge of remote control tools like Bomgar. – A working knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting is expected. – Experience with IT Service Management software, such as ServiceNow or Remedy, and familiarity with ITIL processes is important. – You should be able to interpret and follow technical documentation.

Responsibilities:


  • In this role, I expect you to provide day-to-day end-user computing (EUC) operational support by installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining personal computers, applications, and peripheral equipment. – It’s important to document processes and adhere to the policies, procedures, and standards of our organization. – I need you to deliver high-quality, cost-effective support to all levels of users.

  • This position is a contract role with an expected pay of $20.00 per hour, and you will be expected to work 40 hours per week. – The schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. – Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance. – I prefer candidates with customer support experience of at least 1 year, as well as experience with Windows OS and Windows itself. – The role requires commuting to Franklin, TN, and relocation before starting work is required. – This is an in-person work location.
