Requirements
Must have:
– I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other relevant technology-related fields, or possess equivalent experience through a combination of education and work. – I have a minimum of 6 years of experience in technology and demonstrate proficiency in the field. – I possess 6 years of experience leading large, complex, and critical technology projects. – I have 3 years of experience in influencing strategy within large organizations. – I have at least 2 years of experience managing or guiding others to achieve desired outcomes; direct team management is preferred. – I am not eligible for sponsorship and must have indefinite employment authorization. – Preferred: AWS Certification (Solution Architect) and experience in the banking or financial sector.
Responsibilities:
In my role as the Infrastructure Network Engineering Manager, I lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain our network security for the company’s digital infrastructure. This entails executing security policies, managing vulnerability responses, and collaborating with other engineering and security teams to safeguard our environment. My key responsibilities include: – Partnering with corporate leaders to create and implement a technology strategy that enhances overall business capabilities. – Staying updated on technology industry trends and best practices. – Continuously transforming the organization to boost efficiency and decrease expenses. – Collaborating with an innovation team to explore and assess emerging technologies for their potential to enhance corporate business capabilities. – Creating, prioritizing, planning, and executing product roadmaps or initiatives in partnership with relevant tech and business stakeholders. – Reducing time to market through Agile methods and effectively addressing issues and risks as they arise. – Ensuring employees deliver new technology solutions in alignment with the established roadmap and meet the objectives of business partners. – Cultivating good system management disciplines to ensure clear documentation, roles, and processes for system deployment.
