Responsibilities:
- In this position, I expect you to manage and resolve incoming phone tickets as the first point of contact for our customers. – You will be using ServiceNow to access and update knowledge-based articles. – Your goal will be to provide precise and timely solutions to customer inquiries and issues. – For complex problems, you will need to escalate them to higher-tier support when required. – It is also important to maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions. – Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless support experience will be part of your daily responsibilities.
