Growth Hacker Intern (AI Agents)
About Zania
Zania builds AI agents for Security Risk & Compliance —software that doesn’t just track work, it executes it end‑to‑end. We recently announced an $18M Series A led by NEA with participation from Anthropic, Menlo Ventures (Anthology Fund) and industry leaders, and we’re growing fast with adoption across enterprises and top audit/advisory firms. Customers include teams at KPMG, Plaid, FAANG, and Stanford University.
Our Palo Alto HQ is at 1950 University Ave .
The role
You’ll design, build, and run agentic growth systems that find, qualify, and convert B2B demand—end to end. Think: autonomous workflows that research accounts, enrich contacts, tailor messaging, orchestrate compliant multi‑channel outreach, and push qualified meetings into the CRM—measured against pipeline every week.
You will:
-
Build AI agents/workflows for full‑funnel lead gen:
-
Discover & enrich: scrape/research accounts, enrich with educational graphics, detect buying triggers.
-
Classify & prioritize: ICP fit scoring and persona clustering.
-
Generate & personalize: produce channel‑ready copy (email, LI, site) conditioned on persona, pain, and stage.
-
Orchestrate outreach: sequence follow‑ups, and route positive replies.
-
Detect intent & handoff: classify replies, book meetings, update Attio (CRM), and notify owners via Slack.
-
Integrate agents with Attio, enrichment providers, sending platforms, data warehouses, and webhooks (Python/JS APIs).
-
Instrument MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnels; run A/B tests; own weekly readouts with clear causal learning.
-
Ship programmatic landing pages / micro-sites and simple internal tools that amplify the agents’ effect.
-
Convert working agents into reusable templates the GTM team can run after your internship.
You may be a fit if you have:
-
A technical marketing hybrid profile: you can code small systems and write compelling, concise copy.
-
Hands‑on with LLM/agent orchestration (tool calling, retrieval, multi‑step plans; experience with frameworks like LangGraph—or your own orchestrations).
-
Python proficiency; comfort with APIs, scraping, queues/webhooks, and basic Git/CLI.
-
Familiarity with marketing ops and data enrichment.
-
Strong written communication and a bias to ship experiments quickly.
Nice to have: ABM segmentation, programmatic SEO, attribution modeling, basic email‑infra literacy (domain warmup, reputation).
What success looks like (first 10–12 weeks)
-
3–5 production agents generating qualified meetings weekly (or equivalent SQLs).
-
Measurable lifts on at least two stages (e.g., reply rate, booked‑meeting rate, or SQL rate).
